- Always seeking to offer the very finest to our clients, we also offer private instruction in Chi Kung for Healing and Yoga Therapy;
- Ayurveda (the 5,000 year old medical system from India - similar to Traditional Chinese Medicine) will be offered soon at the studio. Founder, Laura Crittendon, is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Clinical Ayurveda. The addition of Ayurveda to our extensive list of offerings, will bring a holistic wellness program for mind-body-spirit including lifestyle and dietary counseling to our local Kona community;

Our Studio offers the following:
Pilates Equipment: The Pilates Center of Kona is proud to feature STOTT PILATES® equipment (which we believe to be the best equipment on the market today). We have the full array of Pilates equipment including studio reformers with towers, chairs, jump boards, rotational disk boards, Cadillac/Trap Table, Ladder Barrel, Spine Correctors, Arc Barrels, and a Spine Supporter. Additionally, we have foam rollers, fitness circles, stretch bands, fitness balls, small weighted balls and hand weights, rotational disks, balance disks, wobble boards, and Yoga mats. (We have all of the toys for movement that you could imagine!)
GYROTONIC® Equipment: GYROTONIC Kona has three GYROTONIC Pulley/Tower units, a GYROTONIC® Ladder, a GYROTONER®, and a GYROTONIC® Leg Extension Unit.
Amenities: We offer complementary filtered water and mints
for your enjoyment. We also provide complementary towels, deluxe yoga mats, and
socks for your use during your movement lessons.
Massage: In keeping with our mission to promote long-term emotional and physical well-being, The Pilates Center of Kona also offers massage therapy that harmonizes with GYROTONIC and Pilates exercise and other movement therapies. Our therapists utilize the highest quality shea butter/aromatherapy blends for all massage therapy treatments for their healing properties and deep moisturizing effects. Soft flannel sheets are used to provide the highest comfort for your massage, and no artificial scents or ingredients are used in our treatments or laundering practices.
Trainings and Workshops: We are both a Pilates Instructor
teacher training facility AND a GYROTONIC teacher training facility - licensed
to train the worlds best Pilates and GYROTONIC Trainers. In addition to Teachers
Certifications, we have an ongoing relationship with our teachers and bring
